Vytamyx MBS

Vytamyx MBS is a scientifically formulated synbiotic designed to support a balanced gut microbiome as the foundation of overall health and wellbeing in horses.

The equine digestive system relies heavily on microbial fermentation within the hindgut to convert fibre into usable energy and nutrients. Modern management — changes in diet, pasture quality, workload, travel and environment — can all influence microbiome stability. Even small shifts in microbial balance can impact digestive efficiency and overall consistency.

MBS combines targeted probiotic strains with complementary prebiotic substrates, supported by humates and fucoidan-rich kelp, to help maintain a stable gut environment and microbial diversity. A balanced microbiome supports metabolic function, behavioral balance, skin condition and overall resilience — providing a practical, consistent approach to whole-horse wellbeing.
