2. Eligibility

You must be a New Zealand resident to make purchases from our Website. By making a purchase, you warrant that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including pricing and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchases and Payments

When you place an order through our Website, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. We process payments securely through a third-party payment provider. Sharpes Feed Barn does not store your credit card information.

All prices listed on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Items can be shipped around New Zealand with NZ Post, shipping to be calculated at checkout. This excludes fertilisers and herbicides, which are Wellington only. If a customer within the Wellington region wants 3 or more items, a bulk delivery option can be chosen for a $15 flat fee in which the items will be delivered by the store within 5 working days.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control. Sharpes Feed Barn is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with the order number associated with your order to cancel any orders you no longer wish to proceed with. If your order has arrived, instead follow the returns procedure.

Items that arrive damaged can be returned for a refund with proof of purchase and proof of damage within 48 hours. Feed, supplements, and seeds will not be accepted for refund. Any shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect. Sharpes Feed Barn 2023 reserves the right to assess all return requests. Applicable Laws: Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website in a lawful manner and refrain from:
  • Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Website or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website’s systems or data.
